Ear Eden Payment Policy

It is the responsibility of Ear Eden to give patients full information about the cost of their ear health care, including microsuction, custom earplug or in-ear-monitor before any procedure is undertaken.

All appointment and product prices are clearly visible on the website.

Ear Eden will ensure that all patients:

• Are advised of what they must pay, when they should pay and how they can pay (e.g cash, card, payment link)

• Know what they will receive for their payment (i.e what treatment or care)

• Understand their treatment is provided privately

• Understand their own responsibilities in terms of payment terms and how to avoid any penalty for late cancellations, as well as what is expected from them to prepare for their appointment (microsuction)

• Are not pressured into purchasing any products, and any purchases made are done so with informed consent and of the patients own decision

• Obtain a receipt for any payments they make

• Can discuss with the audiologist what appointments and products are available to them

Ear Eden will endeavour to make payment as straightforward as possible.
