I am a fully qualified Audiologist, with extensive experience. I have worked as Clinical Lead and Audiology Manager with over 11 years of professional practice and a further 2 years of clinical training. I qualified at University of Southampton with a BSc Audiology (Hons), and gained further qualifications in Microsuction Wax Removal and Foreign object removal. My career has taken me across a wide range of Audiology settings, from NHS hospitals that work alongside ENT doctors to various community hearing centres. This has given me a deep, well-rounded understanding of ear health and patient care through supporting individuals with a wide range of hearing and ear‑related needs. This has shaped my approach into one that is warm, adaptable and clinically meticulous, ensuring every patient feels understood, supported and confident in their care. Alongside clinical work, I have spent many years in leadership and training roles, developing and supporting teams various levels of Audiology roles.

• Trained and supervised multiple HCAs and HAD students, many of whom have gone on to complete Foundation Degrees in Audiology

• Managed teams of qualified clinicians, providing ongoing coaching, feedback and competency reviews

• Led clinical audits, quality checks and process improvements to maintain the highest standards of care

• Created and updated practice clinical policies to ensure safe, consistent and efficient practice

• For the past five years, I have also been the IQIPS Project Lead, responsible for preparing and maintaining the clinical standards for a private practice to have successful accreditation for NHS practice. This has involved ensuring both clinical and business processes meet national standards.
